I ordered the 14k gold Carrie style necklace, and when I requested double thickness after I placed my order, the sellers were very quick to communicate! They also shipped my necklace immediately, and I received my package a week after I placed my order. Overall, absolutely fantastic service, top notch quality necklace.

Some miscommunition had when I ordered my product. The letter somehow was ordered wrong. When I contacted customer service they replaced the part with the correct letter with no hassle. I was so surprised how well that process went! I would recommend ordering from here any day!
